Does HOPPY automatically match a PayNow payment to a POS sale?

No. HOPPY keeps confirmed PayNow payments and Hawker Online orders as separate, stall-scoped histories. This makes each source clear without claiming an automatic one-to-one sale match.

What does the refundable deposit cover?

The S$150 deposit supports the leased device arrangement. The refund depends on returning the equipment within the period and condition stated in the equipment terms.

When does the payout arrive?

Payout is generally made the following day. The final timing depends on settlement cut-offs, bank processing, weekends, public holidays, verification, and permitted holds.

Can I see payments when I am not at the stall?

Yes. An authorised stall administrator can review the stall-scoped PayNow records through Hawker Online, subject to account access and connectivity.

Can HOPPY receive online orders?

Yes. HOPPY is designed to receive paid Hawker Online orders as the stall grows into web ordering, while keeping order and payment histories distinct.
