Protected materials
Hawker Online is operated by EISOL PTE LTD. This notice covers protected materials in Hawker Online and its business solutions, including Hawker POS, Web POS, customer displays, self-ordering, HOPPY Soundbox, and merchant and administration applications.
Protected materials may include original software code, interface artwork, graphics, text, documentation, and other content. Intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners. Third-party and open-source materials remain subject to their applicable licences.
Unlawful replication, including AI-assisted copying
Unauthorised copying, reproduction, adaptation, redistribution or replication of protected elements of Hawker Online or its business solutions is prohibited, except as permitted by applicable law or an applicable licence.
This includes using artificial intelligence, automated tools or other methods to copy or reproduce protected materials in a manner that infringes intellectual property rights. Access to a public demo or an account does not transfer ownership of those rights or grant permission to republish or commercially redistribute protected materials outside an applicable licence.
Reservation of legal rights
Hawker Online, operated by EISOL PTE LTD, reserves all legal rights to take action and seek damages, injunctions and other remedies available under applicable law for unlawful copying or replication of Hawker Online or its business solutions that infringes rights it owns or is entitled to enforce.
Any claim and remedy will depend on the facts and applicable law. This notice does not impose an automatic penalty or predetermine liability or the amount of any damages. No failure or delay in taking action waives our rights.
Permitted use and legal exceptions
Normal use of our services for their intended purposes, including evaluating the public demo and operating an authorised business account, remains permitted under the applicable service terms.
This notice does not limit uses permitted by law, statutory exceptions, or rights granted under an applicable third-party or open-source licence. It does not claim exclusive rights over unprotected ideas, general POS functionality, or independently developed materials that do not infringe our rights.
