February 2012
· Our first Triumph windows workshop was hailed a success. This informative get together provided information to engineers and mechanics on the correct identification, inspection, handling and use of a wide selection of windows covering many different aircraft types. We were so pleased with the response we had that we will be asking Triumph to return and give another workshop for those that missed it this time. We will give details later on in the year.
· The parting out of Hawker 800xp serial number 258389 is well underway and we hope to complete the work in the next 2 to 3 weeks. The interior for this aircraft together with that from our 800 series Hawker are available for sale. If you are interested contact out sales department for details.
· We are updating this website and that of www.hawkeronline.com . The functionality of both websites are being merged together with better navigation and more information. If there are any suggestions that you concerning our existing websites or ideas that you would like to see implemented please contact paul@all.aero .

· A happy and prosperous New Year to you all. We look forward to serving our customers old and new in 2012.
· We also look forward to seeing those attending our windows workshop on 5th January and hope you find the workshop informative and helpful.
· We have started the new year by purchasing another Hawker for parting out, this time it’s a Hawker 800xp serial number 258389. We believe this is only the third 800xp to be parted out but the first one without incident or accident damage. The engines have been sold but everything else is available and will be placed into our extensive exchange pool to help bolster stock levels.

· Allaero have now been Assessed by the BSI and have been accredited to AS9120 Rev A/BS EN 9120:2010.
· Allaero Ltd head office will be closed on 26th- 27th December and also on 2nd January 2012. However our 24 hour AOG support service will be operational throughout Christmas and the New Year breaks.
· We would like to extend the seasons greetings to all our customers and our thanks and gratitude for their support over the last 12 months. We wish all our customers a Happy, peaceful and prosperous 2012.

· In partnership with Triumph Windows we are holding a transparencies workshop at our facility in Gatwick. There are still a few places left on the two hour course scheduled on 5th January 2012 for engineers wanting to learn about Inspection, Handling and Cleaning of aircraft transparencies. Please contact simon@all.aero for details.
· We will be amalgamating our two websites Allaero.com & Hawkeronline.com soon. We will try to make the transition as seamless as possible but you will notice some small changes to both sites in the next few weeks. When the two websites are joined we will be able to offer a better and more involved service, more to follow soon..
· A little bit of history for you. Did you know that in December 1964 the first ‘Dominie’ version of the Hawker 125 registration XS709 took to the air. It was retired July/August 2011 this year after 47 years of service with the RAF.

· The new automated ‘Lean Lifts’ have now been installed to help us store the larger components like Elevators, Ailerons, Rudders and Radomes. Our automated storage system now has given us over 8300 sq. ft. of computerised shelving on a footprint of just 800 sq. ft.
· Following a number of requests from our customers we have now started to add a much larger product line of Seals, O rings and packings to our stocks. The range of seals and packings will cover Dowty 100 series together with American MS28775, MS29512, S9412 and S9413 lines.
· Did you know that November 8th 1976 saw the first flight of a production Hawker 125-700 series?

· Fire extinguishers and the export of Halon. We have been advised by DEFRA (UK Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs) that we cannot any longer export or import goods containing Halon outside of the EU. This, we appreciate, is a great inconvenience to our worldwide customers who have grown to depend on our fire extinguisher exchange pool, however the restriction is only to countries outside the EU. Please be assured that we are working hard to resolve this matter and will let you know of our progress on this website.
· October anniversary. Did you know that the 800th Hawker 800 was sold on October 25th 2006? At time of printing the production run is over 1250 800 series Hawkers of various configurations sold over the last 28 years.

· We have started parting out our 800B Hawker and the engines are now sold, however everything else is available after a shop visit and fresh tag. Like with our 700 series Hawkers we intend to re-cycle as much of the aircraft as possible into serviceable parts available for our exchange pool.
· We have reviewed our warranty terms. Starting 1st September 2011 all our serviceable rotable parts will be covered by a 12 month warranty from date of our supply irrespective of the tagged condition. Our new warranty terms can be found on our terms and conditions on this website.
· For those of you that are not familiar with the identification of NATO Stock part numbers, we have now included a small chart to show how these are compiled. We have also added a DHS Hardware chart concerning DHS Bolts and how to decipher the part numbering sequence. Both of these charts can be found on part number information on this website.
· Lastly please note that goods returned for either warranty or credit must be accompanied by a completed Return Goods Authorisation (RGA) form. Forms can be downloaded from this website and the RGA number will be provided by our sales team on request. Regrettably we cannot accept any goods returns without the completed RGA form.

· We have purchased another Hawker for parting out. This aircraft is a 1987 Hawker 800B and we hope to start to dismantle it in September. This new addition to our stocks will give us extra capability by adding a 800 undercarriage as well as larger components like ventral tank and horizontal stabiliser to our exchange pool. More details will follow in next months posting.
· Adam Watkins has left our sales team to seek a new life outside of aviation in New Zealand. We wish him well and have asked Rob Parris from our stores to step into the position for a six month spell in sales.
· You may have noticed that we have changed our E Mail addresses. We are now using our ‘all.aero’ URL rather than the ‘allaero.com’. This will have no effect on you contacting us as both URL’s are operational. General addresses are as follows, Repairs@all.aero, Sales@all.aero, accounts@all.aero

· We have now completed the parting out of HS125-700B serial number 257136. The engines have been sold but virtually everything else has been placed into our inventory. The undercarriage and most of the avionics have been sent to the repair shop for overhaul/repair and placed into our exchange pool inventory. All the flight controls have been x-rayed and dual tagged together with most Shrouds, floor boards, cowls, engine intakes and fairings.
· We have also been busy increasing our stockholding of chemicals and sealants as well as our range of DHS hardware and bonding leads.
· Lastly we have purchased a package of parts for maintenance support of Hawker aircraft. We are trying to place it all into stock as soon as possible but to get up to date stock checks on what is still to book in please give our sales team a call for any items not showing on www.hawkeronline.com.

· With the last two 700 series aircraft we now have good stocks of all rotable items but also the more expensive consumables like tanks, floor boards and wiring harnesses. As always all items removed will have a shop visit prior to sale to ensure the items are fully serviceable.
· Please note that we now have a GTCP30-92C APU available for immediate exchange and can offer a ‘no further billing’ exchange price, please contact the sales team for details.
· Lastly you may notice that we have updated some of the images on this site. This is so that you can get a better idea of the chemicals, oils and lubricants that we now are stocking as well as an impression of our facility.

· March has been a hectic month for us so apologies for not posting news for that month. Our two 700 series Hawkers are now nearly fully parted out and will be fully stripped by the end of April.
· We are happy to announce that Allaero have signed an agreement with Parker Hannifin UK for the distribution of the Parker charging and Oxygen valves. These were originally manufactured by Sterling Hydraulics at Crewkerne and were manufactured under part numbers SDV1012, DC550 and DC630C. We have placed large orders so that in the future there will be ex stock delivery from Allaero.
· We are operating a Dunlop main wheel tyre promotion during April for one month only. The part number is DR14628T and we have stocks remaining of both new and recertified used (90% life remaining) at very low prices. But hurry as this offer is only for one month and only while stocks last.
· April starts our new financial year and also a new paperless system at Allaero. Please be aware that from 1st April all invoices and monthly statements will be emailed to our customers rather than hard copies by post.

· As a result of customer demand we have further increased our stock levels and product range of Chemicals, Lubricants, Sealants and Adhesives.
· After over 30 years of great service the HS125-700 series is starting to suffer from problems with parts supply as manufacturers deplete their stocks of older materials. To help to fill this void in the parts supply market we have purchased two 700 series Hawkers (C/No’s 257070 & 257136) for parting out. This will not only assist in providing our customers with hard to find parts but also increases our stocks of No Further Billing (NFB) parts in our exchange pool.
· Our stocks of DHS bolts in the ranges between DHS1416 – DHS1475 now exceed 350 lines. Up to the minute stock positions can be found on this website but please don’t be shy to ask us for items not listed.
· As a result of increased stock we have reached a point where we have had to install yet another two lean lift storage units bringing our total to four. These massive 8 metre tall state of the art computer controlled storage units allow us to further increase our efficiency of storage area and decrease the time taken between order receipt and despatch of goods.

· We have purchased a quantity of part used Dunlop main tyres part number DR14628T. They have at least half of their life remaining and have been recertified by the manufacturer. These are available for sale at £ 195.00 each which represents a considerable saving on the price of new.

We ended last year with the purchase of HS125-700B serial number 257136. This aircraft is currently being parted out for spares and most items are for sale. At present the engines have been sold but virtually all of the balance of the aircraft is available. We expect the project to be completed by mid March when the fuselage will be located at our premises together with the wing and horizontal stabiliser. If you need an APU, part life gearset, or flight controls please contact our sales department who will be happy to assist.

· Allaero will be operating a 24 hour 7 days a week AOG service throughout the Christmas period.
· In addition to this our office will be open on the 24th , and 29th – 31st December. With the only closure being on the public holidays of the 27th and 28th December, however, this will not affect our AOG service.

· November marks the first flight of a production 700. This was on November 8th 1976.

· Allaero’s new Commercial department will be open for business on 1st November. As a result of customer demand we have formed a commercial department to handle all your requirements for sealants, greases, adhesives, de ice fluid, lubricants and compounds. We have invested heavily in stocks so that we can supply, from stock, most of the items you use frequently. Our staff are trained in handling any products that are classified as hazardous and our next day service is available on most items.

· September marks the 46th anniversary of the first delivery of the 125 to a customer. Chartag of Zurich took delivery of aircraft HB-VAG (25006) on the 2nd September 1964 .

· Allaero are pleased to announce that we now are the approved European distributor for Triumph Aerospace Systems inc. Triumph Aerospace manufacture a range of transparencies covering a wide variety of different aircraft including the Hawker 125, Beechcraft, Learjet and Challenger. The addition of our Triumph distributorship compliments our existing of Hawker ‘A’, ‘B’ and ‘C’ windows, landing lamp covers and navigation lamps and covers. Together with the windows we also stock fitment kits, window shades and the various sealants and hardware for fitment.

· Allaero will be attending both EBACE on Wednesday the 5th May in Geneve and the Airline Purchasing & Maintenance Expo on Thursday the 6th May at London Olympia.
· We are continuing to invest in expanding our range of DHS bolts and British Aviation Hardware. Please continue to contact us for your requirements.
· On Saturday 8th May we are replacing the server rack UPS batteries and undergoing some major upgrades. There will inevitably be some disruption to our AOG service mainly through our automatic telephone answering and diversion service. For Saturday there may be odd times when the service will be unanswered but emails and faxes are unaffected and will be monitored. If you have an AOG requirement and cannot get an answer from the phone please send a mail or fax for immediate response. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause while we upgrade our computer systems resilience and redundancy.

· Allaero is now 21 years old and to celebrate will be offering our valued customers some additional benefits. As of 12 April for a limited period, Allaero will dispense with all packing charges including hazardous packing charges. Also for a limited period we will be providing next day delivery Free Of Charge to our UK Mainland customers, this however does not apply to timed before noon or same day deliveries.

· During February we have been busy bringing more packages of parts into the warehouse. The additional stocks have allowed us to bring up our total of No Further Billing (NFB) exchange rotables to over 130 lines. Together with additional rotables we have also been investing in many more stock lines of consumables but particularly bolts in the DHS range. · The UK has seen some of the worst winter weather in over 20 years. However please be assured that we are open for business as usual 24/7. Deliveries may take a little longer for obvious reasons but we are here to help you.
· Did you know that Allaero now offer well over one hundred Hawker rotable part numbers on a 'No Further Billing' Exchange deal. Conditions apply but but for an increasing amount of parts we offer one price with no additional billing. Recently we have seen our competitors charging attractive 'Cheap' exchange prices only to levy additional billing after the event. Wherever possible we prefer our customers to know what price they will pay at the start of the sale rather than give them nasty surprises later on.

· At last we are ready. Sorry for the delay but we feel that we can now upgrade this site easily and provide a better service quicker than the original beta test model we first launched in April. There are many new and exciting developments in the pipeline but at present we hope you find this initial website a great improvement on Allaero's original inventory stock check. This site is at present in its beta test stage while we undergo the remaining testing prior to official launch later this month.
